Hi, I'm Dante.
As a therapist, I aim to be collaborative, curious and warm to all of my clients as well as provide a safe, accepting environment where trust can be built. My decision to become a therapist grew out of my passion for working with children and families dealing with social inequities. Being a part of my client’s personal growth and life journey became something I honored and wanted to continue pursuing in my career. Part of the work that I highly value has also involved recognizing the significant connections between our minds and bodies and the impact of trauma on the brain. Being able to connect with others and offer this kind of support has been incredibly fulfilling.
In my practice, I utilize a trauma-informed care approach that incorporates interpersonal neurobiology, parts work, attachment, and mindfulness. I am also trained in EMDR Therapy as well as the Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1).
In my free time, I enjoy running, spending time with friends, playing board games, and being outdoors.
